Yokai top/ mini dress

This is a light weight floaty garment that can be worn by itself or as a layer with other garments

The chest is fitted to body ( I would say true to size), and the skirt is A line. It has a nice drip.

Please note that the fabric is non stretch, so depending on your chest/bust size, you may like to size up or down accordingly.
