Our shop policy is Exchange only, we do not offer Refunds.

Shipping Schedule & Timelines

  • Shipping day: Once a week on Friday.
  • Fulfilment time: 7 -10 business days. 
  • Shipping estimate for EU: 2-4 weeks, ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: 4-8 weeks

 

Tax & Duties (for non-UK customers)

We are not responsible for any import taxes.  All international parcels may be subjected to customs duties and taxes depending on your area. 

The limits for duty-free packages are regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.


Yoyo The Ricecorpse is a 2-person team

There are only two people working at Yoyo The Ricecorpse and that's Yoyo and David. If you send us an email or leave comments in chat or on the socials, it'll be us that reads those comments. We like to keep our operation small, and stay connected with the needs of our customers because it's easier to adapt to challenges. But because it's just us, our fulfilment timeline may slow down as we receive bursts of orders. Not to worry, we prioritise our efforts to ship orders in a timely manner.

Shipping Service Providers

Being based in the UK, we primarily ship via Royal Mail.  On occasion we may use other providers as we adapt to changes in international shipping requirements.  We recommend customers visit the Royal Mail website (International Incident Bulletin for international customers)to stay updated regarding new requirements and potential impacts when shipping in your region. 

International customers please note: When shipping from the UK with Royal Mail, it is not uncommon for service providers like Royal Mail to partner with local companies in the destination country. If you experience challenges with the delivery of your item, you will likely have to resolve them by speaking with both companies. 

 

Black Friday & Holiday Season

All Black Friday sale items are final, no exchange/refunds.
Please make sure you read this page and understand the shipping/terms before purchasing during the peak season.

Last order date is: 

  • UK: 4th of December
  • Rest of the World: Black Friday weekend  

Please make sure to place your order before 4th of December 11.59pm U.K timeOrders placed after this time will be shipped after Xmas holidays from the 6th of January.

This is subject to change as changes to international shipping requirements may become a factor. 


Seasonal Post Traffic

Post traffic during the holiday season and Black Friday is at it's absolute peak! Parcels are likely to be delayed, but more importantly, parcels can go missing!  We may receive parcels if delivery attempts have not been successful, but occasionally parcels are lost in transit. This is why we strong recommend international customers use track and signed shipping services during these periods, this provides customers with the means to track and observe parcels on route, and even chase and locate if necessary.

All clearance and 2nds sale items are final, no exchange/refunds.

 
FAQ

Do you ship world wide?
Yes we do, we ship via Royal Mail UK. If your country/area is not available at the check out then please contact us by email. My fulfilment time is 5-7 working days and I ship once a week, typically on Friday morning.

For some areas we only ship via DHL. Please contact me if you want to use them.


How long does it take to receive my order?
International shipping logistics can be turbulent for a variety of factors, be it political action or changes to international shipping services. But we can provide the following guidance.

After you receive the shipping notifications via email:

  1. UK: 1 - 3 business days. 
  2. EU member states: up to 4 weeks.
  3. Rest of the world: up to 8 weeks.
  4. If your parcel is shipped via DHL then its 2- 7 days with tracking, may fluctuate due to location. 


Can I track my order? 
If you checked out with tracked shipping method you can track your parcel on: RoyalMail.com.

After the parcel leaves UK you can carrying on tracking on your domestic postal service. i.e USPS for USA.  If you only paid for the standard shipping then there's no way to track it.


My order's still not arrived, could you help?

I put the wrong address after placing an order, what shall I do?

If your order had already been shipped, then it's out of my hands and I won't be able change the address or redeliver.  You will have to wait for the parcel to return to us which may take another 4-8 weeks.
