I am happy to exchange if:

The product does not match the criteria in the product description or the product is faulty (which is not caused by post)

You can make an exchange within 5 days receiving the order. The product needs to be in the same condition as before. As soon as I receive the post, I will ship out the exchanged items.

PLEASE NOTE:  I don't provide the shipping cost for exchanges in any conditions. 

If you receive a broken/bend packet or the post gets lost, it is the post's responsibility, in this case I won't be able to make any refund/exchange. BUT I could provide you the the proof of postage and help you try and claim some money back from the post.

If you have entered the wrong address please contact me via email ASAP. I will be able to catch your parcel and edit your address before the parcels are collected by the postman. If your parcel has already been posted, I won't be able to help you change the address. 

The undelivered parcels usually returns to me after a while so I can resend you it when it returns to me. The second postage will be arranged via Paypal if this is the case.

I will not be able to make a refund if if the shipping address insufficient.
