Exchanges are available only if the product is damaged upon arrival. To qualify for an exchange, items must still have their tags attached and be in unworn, pristine condition.

SHIPPING
Order preparation time is 3-5 working days from when you receive your order confirmation email.

UK orders are sent via 1st Class or 1st/2nd Class Signed For delivery (1-3 working days). For express delivery, please contact the shop via store chat or email.

International orders are sent via your choice of International Standard shipping or International Tracked & Signed shipping (EU) / International Tracked shipping (rest of world) at checkout.
International Standard Shipping & Tracking

International Standard Shipping is a cheaper option but does NOT include a tracking number. If you choose standard shipping option, and do not have tracking services applied, we will be unable to locate your parcel if it is missing or delayed.

Standard shipping is generally safe, but we have experienced lost, missing, or delayed parcels in the past. Please be aware of this before selecting this option
- Special/handmade items, sweatshirt and hoodies are recommended to ship via international tracked or signed for delivery.
Free shipping worldwide promotions
These apply for 1st class standard shipping (UK) and international standard shipping for the rest of the world.
Change of Address
If you want to change delivery address or upgrade postage after your order, please contact shop immediately after your order. If your parcel has been shipped before your message, I won't be able to change the shipping method then as it's out of my hands. Postage top up is usually £5 via PayPal payment.
Multi-orders
Big parcels may be shipped in two or three parts depending on the total weight of he parcels. This is to ensure packages are not damaged in transit. Otherwise we use cardboard boxes provided by DHL.
Orders include art prints
if you have ordered a shirt and an art print, they will be automatically shipped in two parts. This is to prevent bending and to ensure the Art print arrives to your home in one piece!

This is to accommodate the shipping of international parcels, increased demand and process changes to customs around the globe, as well as the expected festive season postal traffic delays.
Track and Signed recommended during holiday season
During the holiday season and after crazy Black friday promotion, postal traffic is at it's peak!! Parcels may delay and parcels can go missing! it's common for us to get returned parcels after failed delivery attempts, but also parcels can get lost. Because of how unreliable shipping services can be during this time, we strongly recommend track and signed shipping options, so that you can at least keep track of your parcel if you experience any sort of delay.
