Cancellation is acceptable anytime before the preorder deadline. Once your order's been counted and sent to the manufacture I will not be able to cancel your order or issue a refund!
Preorder items are not refundable, please make sure to look at the shop listing properly before placing an order. Exchanges are accepted within 5 business of receipt.
Please make sure your postal address is correct! If you are moving/will be in a different location please email me as soon as you can to edit your shipping. Shipping address can be changed anytime before I ship out your order.

TO CARE:
Maching wash on cotton setting at 30 or below with similar colours. Please turn the garment inside out before washing, wash with similar colours. No bleach no tumble dry! Iron when necessary.
