How big is your brand/company?

Tiny...I am a ONE PERSON brand running from my parents living room. I am the CEO as well as the art director and the...only employee

Do you do restocks?

Sometimes.

I am a very small brand... and I cannot hold too much stock. So I only plan the restock if the design is extremely popular.

Why do you do preorder?

Being a small business and not having the capacity to afford the range and colours, preorder allows us to:

have the chance to expand the size range
restock designs that people missed out on

How does preorder work?

Preorder is very eco-friendly because it gives you enough time to think about whether you really want the item or not. It also guarantees you the item including the size/colour you like in advance so you don't have to panic buy.

Preorder period is usually 2-3 weeks. After the preorder deadline The production begins. The production time is usually 4-8 weeks. Freight times varies from 2-8 weeks.
